1. What We Collect
When you use 2pptx, we may collect the file you upload, the generated result file, file name, file type, file size, task records, request logs, IP address, browser basics, and site analytics data.
2. How We Use It
We use this information only to complete upload, conversion, delivery, abuse prevention, service stability, debugging, analytics, and support.
When you enable better paragraph editing, 2pptx submits OCR text, positions, and layout information to a large-model API to decide how to merge text boxes. It does not send original file download links for this merge step.
When you enable premium clean conversion, 2pptx submits page images to an image-generation model to create text-free backgrounds, and also uses the OCR/layout information above for large-model text-box merge decisions.
3. File Retention
Uploaded files and generated result files are used only for the current conversion task. They are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.
2pptx itself does not use uploaded files or generated result files for model training, public showcases, or case-study promotion.
4. Transmission and Storage
Files are transmitted over HTTPS. Processing and delivery use 2pptx-controlled server infrastructure and only the minimum required third-party infrastructure providers for storage, delivery, security, and analytics.
5. Third-Party Services
2pptx currently relies on the following services where needed to operate the service:
- Tencent Cloud COS
- Google Analytics
- Baidu Analytics
- Large-model API providers for text-box merge and premium clean conversion image generation
The corresponding model provider's privacy policy applies to the OCR text, layout information, or page images that are necessary for the selected AI feature.
6. Your Responsibility
You must make sure that you have the legal right to upload, process, convert, and submit the files you provide to 2pptx and necessary third-party services.
