1. What We Collect
When you use 2pptx, we may collect the file you upload, the generated result file, file name, file type, file size, task records, request logs, IP address, browser basics, and site analytics data.
2. How We Use It
We use this information only to complete upload, conversion, delivery, abuse prevention, service stability, debugging, analytics, and support.
When you enable AI textbox merge, 2pptx submits necessary page text extracted during conversion to DeepSeek API to complete textbox merge decisions. If you do not enable this feature, 2pptx does not call DeepSeek for this purpose.
3. File Retention
Uploaded files and generated result files are used only for the current conversion task. They are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.
2pptx itself does not use uploaded files or generated result files for model training, public showcases, or case-study promotion.
4. Transmission and Storage
Files are transmitted over HTTPS. Processing and delivery use 2pptx-controlled server infrastructure and only the minimum required third-party infrastructure providers for storage, delivery, security, and analytics.
5. Third-Party Services
2pptx currently relies on the following services where needed to operate the service:
- Tencent Cloud COS
- Google Analytics
- Baidu Analytics
- DeepSeek (only when AI textbox merge is enabled)
DeepSeek's own privacy policy applies to the necessary page text submitted for AI textbox merge.
6. Your Responsibility
You must make sure that you have the legal right to upload, process, convert, and submit the files you provide to 2pptx and necessary third-party services.
