1. Service Scope
2pptx is an online tool for converting image-based pages, screenshots, and PDFs into PPTX files with editable text boxes, or into PPT element pack ZIPs for reusable visual assets.
2. Product Boundaries
- 2pptx does not guarantee full reconstruction of the original PPT object structure.
- Charts, icons, logos, shapes, decorations, and other non-text visuals may remain part of the background layer.
- Those non-text elements usually cannot be edited as separate native PPT objects.
- PPT element pack output is a ZIP of layered transparent images and related assets. It is not a complete PPTX and does not guarantee original positions, layer order, or native object reconstruction.
- OCR, layout restoration, styling, and background repair may contain errors.
- AI textbox merge is a beta feature and may merge text incorrectly, miss expected merges, slow down processing, or produce results that do not match your expectations.
- Premium clean conversion removes all text content, including regular text and stylized lettering. The review workspace cannot selectively keep individual text elements yet, and small icons or fine details may differ from the original.
- The service may experience queueing, rate limits, maintenance windows, or temporary interruption.
3. Your Content and Rights
You must make sure that you have the legal right to upload, process, convert, and submit the files you provide to 2pptx and necessary third-party services. Do not use 2pptx for unlawful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise unauthorized content.
4. File Handling
Uploaded files and generated result files are used by 2pptx only for the current conversion task and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing. 2pptx itself does not use uploaded files or generated result files for model training or public display. Optional AI features submit only the data needed for the selected feature to configured large-model providers: OCR text and layout data for text-box merge decisions, page images for premium clean conversion background generation, and page images for PPT element pack splitting. Original file download links are not sent for text-box merge decisions.
5. Availability
2pptx may apply file size limits, daily upload limits, queues, or other operational restrictions. Service capacity and features may change over time.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2pptx does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fully accurate conversion output, or completion within a specific time frame.
